Hi, I'm Cassie…

Hi, I’m Cassie Kane – a coach with a passion for helping people thrive, both personally and professionally. My background is rooted in drug and alcohol recovery coordination, where I’ve spent years supporting individuals through treatment, aftercare, and long-term change. That experience taught me resilience, growth, and the power of tailored support.

Now, I bring that same dedication into the aviation industry, offering one-to-one coaching for professionals who operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. I work with pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff to help prevent loss of licence, help build confidence, manage stress, and improve performance – all whilst prioritising wellbeing.

I understand the unique challenges aviation professionals and students alike face. I’m here to offer a safe space to pause, reflect, and reset. Whether you're navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply want to improve your mindset and communication, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and purpose in a 100% fully confidential environment.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more capable, and more in control – in the skies and on the ground.

My Journey

  • This early exposure inspired a deep appreciation for all things flight-related. Alongside this passion, I also became aware of the high-pressure, fast-paced nature of the aviation industry.

Over time, and through my own personal journey, I’ve come to understand just how demanding this environment can be. This insight has shaped my mission: to support aviation professionals in managing the unique challenges they face - particularly when it comes to mental health, stress, and substance misuse.

  • Over the years, I’ve developed a set of core skills that are especially relevant to those working in aviation. These include:

    · Helping individuals recognise and manage harmful coping strategies such as substance misuse or burnout.

    · Creating personalised care and recovery plans that include ongoing aftercare, ensuring long-term support and guidance.

    · Providing confidential advice and education to those around the individual, whether friends, family, or colleagues, so they can better understand and support their loved one’s path to recovery.

  • My training is extensive and covers a wide range of areas, including motivational interviewing, behaviour management, risk assessment, and suicide prevention. I also have specialised knowledge in issues such as bullying in the workplace, domestic abuse, and the impact of trauma. In addition, I bring both professional and lived experience in supporting people with neurodiverse needs and promoting equality in high-pressure environments.

My goal is simple: to help aviation professionals face their life challenges with confidence and dignity, without having to step away from the careers they’ve worked so hard to build. Whether someone is dealing with substance misuse, emotional stress, or just feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to provide the guidance and tools they need to keep flying higher.
